Eileen has over 25 years of experience observing dynamics and relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous employees within various workplace settings. She’s worked across different sectors such as tourism, oil and gas, education and training, renewable resources, environmental management, and green mineral extraction. She acquired a master’s degree from McMaster University and is a certified Neurolinguistic Practitioner (NLP. Eileen is also an abstract artist, and the author of a book tilted, The Call to Connect with Spirit.
