Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from Nova Scotia, Canada.
If an item is ready-made, it will be shipped promptly. For custom orders, a one-week (7-day) turnaround time is required. All shipping costs and fees are additional to the price of the garment.
- International: The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Fashion Design by Kalo a’n is not liable for customs-related delays.
- Liability: Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the courier. I am not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession or marked as delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of these garments, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. Please review all product descriptions and size notes carefully before completing a purchase.
Pricing & Governing Law
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada.
