As a survivor of violence I am no longer able to work in public due to PTSD. Life is a real struggle but because of my choice to be safe and my families support I am healing.
I learned to sew and create from my Kocum at a young age and I am grateful for her passing of knowledge.
During the 2020/2021 pandemic I taught myself to make soaps and skin care products. My degree in aesthetics is a benefit in this field, as I use my knowledge of skin, hair and nails to create beautiful things
Crafting keeps my hands and mind busy which contributes to a calmness that supports my path to wellness.
