This store works independently of Indigenous Arts Collective of Canada. All taxes, shipping and refunds are controlled by Pass The Feather. If you receive a damaged product, have questions or custom order requests, please email dawn@passthefeather.ca. There are no refunds or returns unless the product arrives damaged.

Please note that all feather bundles are custom made for you and take time; allow at least 3 weeks for bundles (beaded bundles 3-4 weeks). Large orders can take much longer. Priority shipping does not enable me to make them any faster. Contact me about wait times if you’re worried or in a hurry; I’ll do my best. Feathers and smudge kits will not be shipped to the U.S.A. due to U.S. Customs environmental policies. * Please note: I cannot control Canada Post rates.
