DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON–please keep in mind that I am unable to guarantee you delivery before Christmas. Once your items are placed in the care of Canada Post–it is up to them.
Shipping: We currently ship in Canada. Please allow 24 hours for us to receive and process your order. It will then be shipped in 1-2 business days. You will be notified by email and given a Canada Post tracking number.
Buyer pays for a Canada Post trackable shipping method of choice at checkout. All prices are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Refunds Please note that items are final sale meaning no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Unless items are received in a damaged condition. If so, please email: freestuff4dailyneeds@outlook.com, within 48 hours of delivery, providing your receipt as proof and photos of the damaged product. In the event of a refund due to transport damage you will receive the amount paid, minus the cost of shipping charges.
