Terms And Conditions
1 All products are payable in full before shipment.
2 Should a you wish to have me hold a painting, a 25% deposit will be required. The balance of the payment must be received within 60 days or deposit will be forfeited.
3 For certain paintings, a payment plan can be worked out which can span up to 120 days (4 months). The total cost of the painting will be divided equally, but will not include the separate cost of shipping and handling.
4 Commissioned Work: Once the work is started, there can be no refund of the deposit. While it is possible to change the scope of the commission while it’s in progress, any changes could result in an extra charge.
5 You are responsible for the payment of shipping and handing. These charges will not be reflected in the cost of the painting; these charges are in addition to the cost of the painting and will be provided to you once the package is ready to ship. Shipping will not occur until everything is paid in full.
