Proceeds from sales support Free Stuff 4 Daily Needs in their efforts to provide basic humanitarian aid to families/individuals in need in their home community of Muskoka/Parry Sound, Ontario. Additionally a portion is set aside for local urban Indigenous programs and services.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship in Canada. Please allow 24 hours for us to receive and process your order. It is ready to ship in 1-2 business days. You be notified by email and given a Canada Post tracking number.
Buyer pays trackable shipping method of choice. All prices are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Nothing is guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Once it leaves here it is up to Canada Post. You will get a tracking number and you can contact Canada Post directly if you feel the arrival is delayed.

Please note that items are final sale meaning no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Unless items are received in a damaged condition. If so, please email: freestuff4dailyneeds@outlook.com, providing your receipt as proof and photos of the damaged product within 48 hours.
In the event of a refund due to transport damage you will receive the amount paid, minus the cost of shipping charges.
