Shipping Policy
My shipping days are generally Wednesdays and Fridays. I will ship within 3 working days of your purchase (excluding custom feather bundles which are 3-7 working days, Beaded Feather bundles 4 weeks or more).
If for some reason, I cannot ship (illness, emergency, etc.) I will notify you by email. If you don't hear from me, assume the worst - it's a pandemic after all.
*Feathers or anything containing natural materials (feathers, plants, shells) cannot be shipped outside of Canada.
Refund Policy
I will not accept returns unless an item arrives broken. When ordering a handmade item, if it arrives broken, please take a photo and email me within 24 hours of receiving the item from Canada Post. There are no returns of custom feather bundles.
